Nothing is sold from this site. There is no checkout, no warehouse and no record of your purchase here, which means refunds, delivery questions, cancellations and billing all sit with the seller and with BuyGoods.
- Dig out the confirmation email. It holds the order number, which every support process asks for before anything else.
- Check your bank statement to see which company actually billed you. It is frequently a payment platform rather than the name on the label.
- Search spam if the confirmation has disappeared. Payment processors get filtered more often than almost any other sender.
- The refunds page sets out the 180-day window and exactly what claiming it involves.
